Shipping + Returns
If, within 14 days of purchase, you have a change of mind for any reason, you can simply return your unopened product to our warehouse for an online store credit. Your order number and email address will be required to complete this process.
Returned products must be in their original, undamaged packaging, and must be in a re-saleable condition.
We do not accept any "change of mind" returns for opened products, and understand that not everyone’s taste is the same. For this reason, please choose carefully.
If a product has been supplied incorrectly by Boss Nutrition or is deemed damaged/faulty and unfit for use, a return can be organized within 14 days of receiving the product.
Please note: you will be responsible for all return shipping charges unless the return is due to an incorrectly supplied product or one that is deemed damaged/faulty. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the time we receive your item to process your return or exchange. You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.

Can I return a product that I have purchased elsewhere?
“If you’ve purchased a Boss Nutrition product from one of our trusted stockists, your return will be handled under their returns policy. Please contact the stockist directly regarding your return request.
If, for any reason, you’re unhappy with the outcome or your experience with the stockist, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us directly via our Contact Us page.”
I've received the wrong product!
“Oh no! If you’ve shopped on our website and received the wrong product(s), we sincerely apologies — these things can happen, but we’ll fix it for you ASAP.
Please email us at info@bossnutrition.com.au with your order number, and we’ll sort it out immediately.”
Sample Packs
“This offer is limited to one (1) x5 pack of Boss Nutrition samples per person. Customers are required to cover the cost of shipping for the sample pack.
Due to the nature of this offer, no refunds or returns will be accepted once the sample pack has been dispatched.
Boss Nutrition reserves the right to modify or cancel this offer at any time without prior notice. By participating in this offer, customers agree to comply with these terms and conditions.”
How long does shipping take?
“Your order will be processed and dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia or Brisbane, Australia within 2 business days.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email including your Australia Post tracking number. Typical transit times for standard delivery are 3–7 business days.”
IMPORTANT NOTES
- - Once your order leaves our warehouse, it becomes the responsibility of Australia Post, and delivery times may vary based on their network.
- - If you selected a tracked delivery option at checkout, you will receive updates from both Boss Nutrition and Australia Post regarding your order.
- - We are not responsible for packages that are left unattended by Australia Post. If an item is marked as ‘delivered’ in the tracking system, any enquiries must be made directly with Australia Post.
- - Australia Post will hold your item at the post office for a limited time. If your order is returned to our warehouse, you will need to cover the re-shipping cost.
